Shipping Continues

Hello Kickstarter backers

We haven't been active in the comments section for a while because the massive Covid-19 has had a huge impact on our team. One of our members, unfortunately, got Covid-19, which resulted in lacking communication.

We didn't expect Covid-19 to have that much impact. We started the Lyopar Backpack campaign in December 2019, and at that point, we were very confident that we would be able to completely ship to global backers.

It was unexpected that the COVID-19 arrived so quickly, the suppliers could not purchase the raw materials in time

-Most of the workers were isolated, the manufacturing is slowing down

-The original factory couldn't complete the mass production on time

-The first production was completed, but it’s late for 3 months

-The packages were shipped. However, many countries and cities shut down

-International flights were extremely scarce

2020 has been an unforgettable year, but we have already completed 95% of the delivery to Kickstarter and Indiegogo backers. For the remaining 5% backer that hasn't received the backpacks, we are gradually arranging the refund.

Again, if you have received a tracking number on Backerkit, please copy and paste your tracking number on www.17track.net so you could correctly check it. Please don't use the tracking number directly click through the BackerKit system since it will lead you to a failure page.

TRACKING NUMBERS UPLOADED

Hi backers,

Thank you for your patience and your understanding. Like we said in the last update, we delivered a second batch(a final batch) in the last week of October that was in running smoothly. 

Tracking numbers have been updated to the Backerkit system, backers should receive a tracking number notification in their mail inbox. For Taiwan, Hongkong backers, the tracking numbers will be uploaded tomorrow.

FULFILLMENT STATUS UPDATE

It is a quick update on our fulfillment status.

So far, 83% of rewards have been fulfilled. Last week, we sent out a run of 990 rewards to a part of European countries, Japan, HongKong, Taiwan, and the US.

For those backers, your rewards may have been delivered, or are in the hands of shipping carriers. To the backers out there who have yet to get a shipping notification, or who haven’t received your rewards, we'd like to extend our immense gratitude for your patience and support. We will deliver a second batch(a final batch) in the last week of October, so the next delivery is coming soon!

Here’s the FAQ:

Q1: I ordered 2 backpacks but only received one, where’s my another backpack?

A: We’d like to deliver 2 pieces of the backpack in one shipment, but that would easily cause package loss. Your other backpack will soon arrive in one or two days after your first delivery.

Q2: My buckles are totally loose, how could I make them be tight?

A: You could fix it out on your own just with a hammer and one cushion:

Q3: My buckles are totally broken, how could I fix it?

A: You still keep the whole parts of the buckle, you could fix on your own as well:
