Hi Lyopar backers,

This is a quick update. Your backpacks are on the way to your hands now! Tracking numbers will be provided after our forwarder's shipping system is online.

If you are one of the backers from Taiwan, please take a carefully reading this update. We were trying to deliver all Lyopar backpacks to Taiwan backers. In accordance with the announcement from The Customs Administration, Ministry of Finance of Taiwan, with immediate effect, all Taiwan individual imported express shipments require real-name authentication. The waybill information to Taiwan must meet with the following specifications, otherwise, shipment cannot be imported:

a.The Chinese name of the consignee should be filled in correctly;

b.The phone number of the consignee must be a valid Taiwan’s telephone number, e.g. 02-8765-4321 or 0912-345-678;

c. The consignee's name must match with the ID card.d. Your ID number should be provided.

Your Backerkit survey is now unlocked, you’re allowed to add your personal ID information.

Please log in your Backekit survey（https://lyopar.backerkit.com）and add your ID number just after your Phone, for example:

QUICK UPDATE- PACKING

Hi Lyopar backers,

This is a quick update! The quality check has been completed that will be ready for the shipping process within one week. As we stated in the latest update, we need a time of period to do a full checking for the quality that delays the shipping. This is our first time of Kickstarter campaign, we don’t want to let backers feel upset when they receive and unbox the backpack package in hand. Our manufacturing partners are packing the backpack package, and we will post more pictures/videos about it to you soon. Tracking numbers will be input in the Backerkit system soon after your backpack shipped.

QUALITY CHECKING

Hi Lyopar backers,

Lyopar backpacks fulfillment is being ready! We’re doing the final step ———— quality checking.

Last weekend, the production of backpacks has been completed. Originally, we thought we should be able to start shipping, but we encountered a small problem. The hardware fastener used for backpack deformation is difficult to open since our supplier made the upper and lower two metal fasteners too tight before mounting on the backpack. So we need a couple of weeks of time to grind down the connecting place of the metal parts to make it easier to open.

We’re sorry to inform you that all shipments are with our logistics company and will be ready for shipping on Aug 20th. Your patience is absolutely appreciated by our team.

Meanwhile, we expect to continue to update news on shipments and the tracking numbers to fulfill Kickstarter rewards in the coming weeks. Some backers frequently asked about changing the shipping address. To answer this question: all rewards have been packed and address information is ready for shipping, but we offer you a final chance to change your shipping address. Please change your address on Backerkit before Aug 20th.

Production Update

Hello Lyopar backers,

We are still working day and night, and now the manufacturing is in process. I’m going to keep you posted around the tailoring here on this update.

Before the backpack mass production, the backpack masters have to make sure every piece of the half material is well calculated by cutting a machine. Every well-calculated paper cards will be delivered to workers, workers will start to craft the backpack pieces according to the well-calculated papers cards.

We're desperate to deliver your rewards at the end of July, this is our main goal. Please be patient.
